3.1 7-Day Un-deployed Inspection Window
If an un-deployed remote control car, multi-rotor aircraft, or premium digital radio transmitter arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (such as electronic solder flaws, servo dead-zones, or cosmetic chassis blemishes), displays transit damage, or deviates from your ordered technical model dimensions, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a hardware verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, un-run, free of battery connection scuffs or outdoor dust, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory internal dividers, toolkits, and engineering security seals entirely untampered.
3.2 Operational Deployment & Battery Contact Exclusions
To maintain absolute physical safety, electronic reliability, and immaculate mechanical purity across our close-contact vehicle network, any RC chassis, lithium battery, or aerial platform that has been turned on, driven on outdoor tracks, flown in open airspace, or customized with aftermarket solder configurations cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom laser-etched branding layouts, personalized fleet colors, or high-volume custom flight training packages are strictly excluded from standard returns.
3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment
Once your vehicle cargo or distribution package is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous diagnostic inspection, electronic circuit audit, and physical drivetrain scan to confirm its original integrity. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7-10 business days. Return logistics and secure courier arrangements for verified warehouse errors or shipment discrepancies will be fully managed and covered by Vaulttoys.
